Definitions

“Site” means talnexo.net and the pages published on that domain. “Content” means the text, typographic diagrams, and marks that belong to the project. “Reader” means a person who consults the site.

When a text uses “trading” or “market”, it does so descriptively: how offers, bids, and instruments are organized. It does not describe a service performed by Talnexo.

Educational nature

The content is informational and educational. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold an asset, not a signal, and not an invitation to invest.

Reading a sheet does not create a client, mandate, or advisory relationship. Decisions about money belong to each person and, where appropriate, to a registered professional.

Acceptable use

You may read the site and quote short passages with credit and without changing the meaning. You may not use the material to attribute an investment recommendation to Talnexo, scrape the text in bulk to resell it, or interfere with the pages.

The form is for writing to the desk. Do not use it to send other people’s information without a reason to do so, or to send unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The texts and the Talnexo mark belong to the project, except quotations from public sources, which stay with their authors. Commercial use of the text needs written permission at hello@talnexo.net.

Liability and risk

The content may contain errors or fall out of date. We do not warrant that it is complete or fit for a particular purpose. All investments carry risks, including loss of capital. A past example does not describe a future result.

Talnexo is not responsible for decisions made from the reading, or for third-party sites linked as sources of consultation.

How the site works

Talnexo does not sell financial products, does not manage capital, does not transmit orders, and does not provide trading services. It does not receive a commission for recommending investment products.

The intended revenue comes from advertising and educational content. That content is free to read. This version has no embedded advertisements.

Applicable law

These terms are read under the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply. Courts in Vancouver, British Columbia, are the forum, except where a mandatory consumer rule requires otherwise.
