Sheet 03
Cookies
This policy describes only what the site actually does. There is no audience measurement and no advertising that uses cookies.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a site can leave in the browser. Local storage is a similar space, tied to the domain, that the page’s own code can read and write.
What we store
We do not set a cookie of our own. We store one preference in the browser’s local storage, under the key cookieConsent. The value is “accepted” if you choose Accept and “declined” if you choose Decline.
It exists so the notice is not shown again. It does not identify an account, because there are no accounts.
Analytics, advertising, and third parties
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. There are no advertising pixels. Typefaces and icons are requested from outside services when the page loads. Our code does not place a tracking cookie as part of those requests.
Notice and consent
The notice appears a short time after the first visit if the key cookieConsent is missing. Accept stores acceptance. Decline stores refusal. In both cases the notice closes.
You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in the browser. The next visit will show the notice again.
Browser settings
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in the browser’s settings. The steps depend on the program. You can also clear only the data for talnexo.net.
If you turn it off
The site can still be read. If you delete or block local storage, the notice returns on each visit, because the answer cannot be remembered.
How long it stays
The key remains until you remove it. The site does not set an expiry date.
